This is my go to when I’m craving Ice Cream.
You spoon some full, creamy greek yoghurt into a bowl then add 1/2 a tablespoon of brown sugar.
The sugar turns into a crunchy, caramel-esque sauce when it mixes with the liquid in the yoghurt.
